What we did
A mobile-first Airbnb cleaning and roster platform built around daily operations.
Holiday Stays / Halliday Hosting needed the operational side of Airbnb hosting to be easier to manage day to day. The important question was simple: which rooms need cleaning, when, and who is responsible for getting them done?
We built the platform around the booking source first. Airbnb booking information is extracted and converted into a calendar view that shows when rooms require cleaning, so the cleaning workload is generated from real booking activity instead of being manually rebuilt.
On top of that calendar, we added a cleaning-management layer. Sarah can roster cleaners, assign work, and track daily progress inside the same system, which removes a lot of the manual checking that usually sits around short-stay operations.
The mobile experience was central to the build. Sarah can manage the work from her phone without needing to touch a laptop, which matters because the system has to support the way the business is actually run during the day.
The result is a more practical operating system for Airbnb cleaning management: booking data comes in, required cleans become visible, cleaners can be rostered, and progress can be checked in one place.
