MUSE

MUSE is a mobile wellness product built around journaling, reflection, and support. The product needed to feel personal from the beginning, so the AI layer could not be treated as a separate feature sitting outside the app.

We are building the React Native mobile application with AI awareness across the platform. The idea is that the app understands the user's activity and can use that context to make suggestions, start helpful conversations, and guide the user through their wellness journey.

The AI chat layer is designed to feel like a companion: something closer to a supportive conversation on the phone than a generic chatbot. It can respond to what the user is doing in the app and help them reflect, decide what to do next, or continue a journaling habit.

That required thinking about the mobile experience, the data layer, the journaling flows, and the AI interactions together. The product architecture has to support context-aware AI without making the app feel heavy or complicated.

The result is a flexible React Native wellness app foundation with AI built into the core experience: journaling, suggestions, support, and conversation designed to work together.
