An AI operations layer built on top of Lodgify for short-stay management.
Picadilly Properties already had Lodgify in place, so the right answer was not to replace the tools the team understood. The opportunity was to build an AI layer on top of the Lodgify API and make the daily work easier from inside that operating model.
The client was not looking for a complicated AI setup spread across many tools. They needed AI to show up in a practical way: helping with guest messages, cleaning management, and property follow-up while keeping the workflow understandable.
We reviewed where Lodgify data could support the most useful automation and where AI could reduce manual effort without making the team learn a completely new technical system.
The platform layer uses Lodgify data to support messaging and cleaning workflows, with AI built into the process in a way that feels guided rather than overwhelming. The focus is practical adoption, not tool overload.
The result is an AI-enhanced operations layer that makes short-stay management easier for the team: clearer communication, simpler cleaning coordination, and a workflow that keeps the technology in the background.
